As a licensed Virginia Residential Appraiser Tim meets all the Real Property Appraiser Criteria as outlined by the Appraiser Qualification Board including over 90 hours of specialized education from an accredited institution and 2,000 hours of relevant experience. Tim also offers the benefit of working with an FHA approved appraiser. Having worked in both the Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads area Tim is well versed in changing markets and their impact, and will use his knowledge to provide you with exceptional service. Tim is also a member of the Appraisal Institute a professional organization for appraisers to continue their education and stay up date on the latest practices.
